In 2022, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the "Work Plan for Pairing Key Cities in Revolutionary Old Areas," guided by Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. Following the decisions of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, the plan supports the establishment of cooperation mechanisms between key cities in revolutionary old areas and selected cities in eastern China, aiming to promote complementary advantages, mutual benefits, and shared development. It also supports consolidating and expanding poverty alleviation achievements, advancing rural revitalization and new urbanization, and stimulating endogenous development and vitality.

Actively responding to national policies and fulfilling social responsibilities, Shanghai All Union organized the “Hundred Entrepreneurs Enter the Dabie Mountains” series of activities. Yang Lei, Director of SEEK Bio-Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“SEEK Bio”), was invited to participate in the three-day study tour.
