04

Core Technologies

Zero-Energy Carbonization Technology

ZERO

Also known as Energy-Saving Pyrolysis Carbonization Technology, this method primarily treats hard-to-decompose organic waste such as crop straw, branches, waste wood, bamboo, and coconut shells. It can transform these materials into biochar within 3–4 hours. By utilizing hydrogen-rich pyrolysis gas for guided combustion and heat recovery, this technology overcomes the high energy consumption, low efficiency, and difficulty of continuous carbonization caused by by-products such as tar adhesion and acidic leachate in traditional carbonization processes. It achieves the innovative breakthrough of “zero tar, zero leachate, zero energy consumption,” enabling high-efficiency, continuous industrial production, reaching a leading domestic and advanced international technology level.

Biochar-Microbial Composite Enhancement Technology

FUSION

Designed for treating easily degradable organic waste, this technology uses the microporous structure of biochar to provide microorganisms with a breathable, UV-free habitat. Biochar’s adsorption and buffering properties create optimal conditions for microorganisms by maintaining temperature, moisture, nutrients, and pH levels. This increases microbial activity by over 30%, significantly enhancing fermentation and maturation efficiency.

Soil Improvement & Remediation Technology

REGEN

Leveraging the porous structure and adsorption properties of biochar, SEEK has established a standardized service process tailored to different soil challenges: obstacle factor investigation → technical formulation design → remediation product preparation → soil remediation implementation → remediation effect evaluation.
