Efficient cutting and crushing to meet the requirements of pyrolysis particle size, achieving automatic feeding and transportation.

Ignite and burn in an aerobic environment, convert the combustible gas phase into heat energy, cut off the pathways for tar and vinegar production, and solve the problem of tar adhesion and vinegar acid corrosion.

The thermal energy generated by combustion is returned to the material drying system and pyrolysis carbonization system to achieve self circulation of thermal energy.

Using water as the cooling medium, external cooling is used to cool the biochar.
