Under the framework of rural revitalization, SEEK positions itself as an Agricultural Circular Economy Service Provider, creating a unique PPP (Public–Private Partnership) model for agricultural circular economy. In 2017, SEEK partnered with China Tobacco’s Guizhou Bijie Company to establish an innovative demonstration of circular economy in the tobacco industry, based on SEEK’s three core technologies — biomass tobacco stalk carbonization, carbon fertilizer development, soil remediation, and quality improvement — creating a closed-loop recycling system for tobacco waste. This collaboration was authorized by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration to establish the Tobacco Industry Biochar Engineering Center and Joint Laboratory.
SEEK is committed to providing high-quality products and technical services for agricultural circular economy, improving agricultural productivity and quality, enhancing rural environmental sustainability, and increasing farmers’ incomes. SEEK addresses core issues such as resource waste, environmental pollution, and inefficiency in agricultural production, driving sustainable development toward “more resource efficiency, friendlier environment, healthier soil, and safer food,” and actively supporting the national strategy of rural revitalization.
